As well as being a graphic designer, Teuz has been in the music industry as an artist since he was 15. He was part of successful boyband The United – 5 boys, from 5 different countries: UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy & The Netherlands. The United sold out tours in Japan & Europe playing over 100 live shows to crowds of up to 25,000 people. They also released an album in Japan with support of their label FARM Records and achieved chart success with single ‘Come On! Come On!’ The single reached #1 on ZIP FM’s pop chart in April 2014 toppling Pharrells ‘Happy’ off the #1 spot.
Teuz also got nominated twice for the Hitkrant Hittegolf Awards during his boyband period. He has been on several tv shows in the world to promote the band and lately his solo career.
The band The United broke up in 2014. Teuz started his solo career and is working a lot on his own music and dance style.
He recorded his first song at Roasting House (Sweden) and he is still recording some new songs. The music style Teuz is working on is Pop/Dance and that's the reason why he works with Swedish producers because they are known by that genre.

Teuz began singing, dancing and acting at the age of 15. He tasted early success winning his first singing competition shortly after with his rendition of 'Hero' by Enrique Iglesias.
In Teuz's final year of High School he created a whole Michael Jackson routine combining singing and dancing and gained high praise from all around.
In 2010 Teuz auditioned for TV Show 'Popstars'. The performance was broadcast on Dutch Television and also became
a hit on Youtube.

Shortly after 'Popstars' Teuz had great success when a contestant on TV Show 'Sunday Night Fever' and despite his young age made it
to the final 30.
After Teuz's appearances on TV he was discovered by a management company and was chosen to be a member of International boyband The United.
In 2011, the band from 5 different European countries- UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy & The Netherlands started to record their very first demos in Oslo & Stockholm.

In April 2013 the band released their first single 'Stay Young', which was recorded at well known studios Roastinghouse, Sweden.
To promote the release of the single the band embarked on a 12 country PR Tour which included TV, Radio and Live appearances.
The United performed over 100 times in 24 cities in Europe and in the process created a loyal fanbase.

The United got invited to Thailand to play a huge outdoor music festival and went viral in the country.
The show was called 'The Pattaya Music Festival' and an audience of 25,000 turned up to watch the band play.
The United flew to LA to record the music video for first single 'Stay Young'.

In 2014 off the back of the European Tour the band got signed in Japan and headed to Sweden to record their debut album.
The album titled 'We Are The United' was released exclusively in Japan.
The United toured Japan on 4 separate occasion to sold out crowds to promote their album and singles from it.

The United had one of their live shows in Tokyo filmed and made into DVD.
Over time the band gained huge recognition and went to number 1 on the McDonalds Hot 100 chart with single 'Come On! Come On!' knocking off Pharrells 'Happy'.
During his time in the band Teuz got nominated for 'Hunk Of The Year' and as a result got invited himself to many TV Shows in Holland.

Debut single release
The United decided to call time on the band to do other things. Teuz went solo! Jamai Loman released this live on TV and everyone is excited to hear his debut album which is currently being recorded in Sweden.
Teuz was recently on TV auditioning on The Voice of Holland where he performed Shawn Mendes's song 'Stitches'. Although the coaches didn't turn for him, the media went crazy and radio stations and media were all talking about him.
Teuz has now released his debut solo single 'Press Start' and this is a fantastic Pop/Dance track that will get you dancing as well as being played by DJs at all club events.
